Cosmopolitan

 "City lights reflected in the dark blue water at the harbor, the fluorescent lights imprinted in my vision, all around me I could see people scurrying down the street. The rush of air hit my cheeks through the opened windowpane."

These are a few of my favourite pictures I've taken of the city (never mind the first image it's from my hotel room). Most were taken in downtown Sydney during my exchange.

Mémoire

"Autumn has swept over us unnoticed and has brought gold, scarlet and deep brown leafs that crackles underneath your boots. Gusts of strong wind blow wistfully in every direction spreading goose bumps and I wonder if I after this day still will enjoy the earthy smell while admiring the beech tree bathed in the yellow warmth of the autumn sun."

This could just as well have been for a Coca Cola commercial in the earlier days.

Note: I can't take credit for these pictures because they were taken by my grandma, a magnificent woman. I will always love and admire her!

Most pictures are of me and my cousin when we were younger. These photographs are an inspiration to me this season, especially the first two images and their colourful leaves.

Ma Chérie
